You can make an appointment by calling:
The office is open M-F 8:45 AM to 5 PM. It is also open two Saturdays a month outside of the Summer. The wait time for appointments varies with your requirements. If you are willing to accept the first available appointment, the wait is very short, often within days. If you are restricted to specific hours and days however, the wait can be much longer. We urge you to be flexible. If you cannot, take the appointment given and then call every few days to see if there is a cancellation. If there is, we will be happy to move you up. We cannot call you.
We also ask that you appear for your appointment about 15 minutes early, especially if this is your first visit to the office. This will allow time to fill out various forms.
We cannot over-stress the importance of being on time. We pride ourselves in having extremely short wait times in the office. A patient is usually seen within 10 minutes of their appointed time (barring emergencies), provided that he or she is on time. Once you are late, if we were to see you on arrival, it would throw off the schedule for everyone, resulting in longer waiting times. Children do not accept waiting very well, despite the toys in the office, and we do not want to keep them waiting. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, then, depending upon cancellations, etc., you may well have to reschedule. This may seem strict, but it is to guarantee that those who are on time will have a very short wait.
Also, if you find that you cannot keep your appointment, please call. This allows us to reschedule you in a timely fashion and to place in your spot someone who may have wanted an earlier date.
